With the posting of the Gasmask Workouts I have to share these as well. Thank you to Smokefish for all of this info, by the way…
So what would it look like to have heavy muscleboys working out in gasmasks, you ask?
Something like this 
With that, visiting time is over, what ever you do dont scream too loud as others are trying to sleep

DAMN! Where can I find that gym? I confess I got seriously hard watching that. That gasmask training is how the Elevation Mask got invented. Someone realized there was an advantage to restricting breathing in a training environment so you would be better conditioned for a real fight. The next version of the Elevation mask isn’t based on a gas mask, but it’s even more adjustable and able to restrict your breathing, up to the equivalent of 9,000 feet of altitude.
Seems to be the trend and I like it. I was watching The Daily and they did a spot light on gas mask running in NYC. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P78-HEZtqz8
