My fellow Inmates,

The TV show “Taboo” by National Geographic is pretty good at showing a fair open look at the subjects that they are filming. This is why after watching this video I thought that they did a great job and was shocked at the comments posted saying its a bad representation of the fandom….

Umm, hello… fursuits are the outward image of the fandom as much as the glitter throwing queens durring pride is the outward image of the gay community which is going to be shown on TV…

es I realize not everyone in the fandom owns fursuits and for many that not what its about, yet when you have a cameraman on assignment to summerize a community in a short ammount of time they are going to show what will make people watch… suiters… isnt this a reason why some of us like to ear fursuits? Attention?

Look you will never please everyone, ever, when you try to summerize a community in a 30 minute block, it will never happen.

I think this is a veryt to the point video of their subjects they chose. Non judgemental, it is just what it is…

Perhaps the last line “85% of furries beleive they are not human” was a bit much though…

To that all I have to say is 67 percent of statistics are made up on the spot :P

Enjoy
