Last week we had a visitor from California Sdmike. After being decked out in an OS Systems rescue dry suit, neoprene hood, SAR life jacket, and properly gagged and blindfolded with a pro tec rescue helmet over all that, he took a seat in the restraint chair and was strapped in. To make it more comfortable and give him a better chance of getting out his arms were restrained at the sides with locking humane restraints. Here is the video.
Well he stayed like that for awhile unable to escape. But then again, did he really want to?
